About Us
EMS Educational Services, Inc. was founded in 1978 by Karen Craig as "EMS Education" with a focus on training for fire, police, and EMS professionals. Over the years, our reach has grown to include healthcare workers, corporations, and industrial clients, offering a full catalog of training courses designed to meet diverse needs.
Today, our business operates in two primary areas:

American Heart Association Training Center – We serve as an authorized AHA Training Center, supporting and updating instructors across the region.

On-Site Training & Services – Our instructors deliver high-quality, on-site training to organizations throughout the Greater Delaware Valley and parts of the Lehigh Valley.
In addition, we now provide fire safety services for businesses as required by code and offer consulting services to help organizations stay compliant with OSHA, Department of Health, and other regulatory requirements.

Kevin is a full-time Fire Marshal & Firefighter/Medic. He is our Training Center Coordinator and teaches Advanced Life Support classes as well as BLS Provider classes.

Dr. Johanna Craig is a professor at the Won Institute in Warminster, PA. She helps run the AHA training center and handles administrative tasks.
